Little Charo is a Japanese animated series about a little dog who gets lost in New York city.
Little Charo is a Japanese animated series about a little puppy and his adventures. He was raised by a little boy named Shota. After a trip together to the USA Charo's cage didn't get on the plane. Charo is left to wander the streets of New York hoping to find a way to go back to Japan.
